发挥服务器的全部潜能，开辟深加工营销的新途径
很多站长在赚到了第一桶金之后，购买了服务器，准备做强做大，怎奈百度不做美，大规模K站，眼睁睁的看着流量往下掉，有的站长买了更好的服务器，旧的服务器闲置，或者卖点空间，怎奈空间越来越不值钱，1G的空间月付才几十块钱，还有很多人嫌贵。从投资来说，追求利益最大化是我们的目标。其实服务器不仅仅是只能做网站，还能做很多事情，就我的了解来说，我认为利用服务器空余资源做回拨服务或者VOIP服务很不错。
先说回拨服务器，现在用的最广的回拨电话程序是普博公司开发的普博回拨系统，这个系统早就被破解，现在网上到处都可以下载的到，安装空间只要几十M的空间，加上每天的日志100M的空间足够了。但是现在外面有专门做回拨服务器租用生意的，一般是每个月租金300元～500元，当然回拨服务器可能要占用一定的带宽，但是来租回拨服务器的都是比较小的回拨运营商，他们的用户有限，我见过一个租用回拨服务器上安装了12套回拨系统。而且作为小的回拨运营商来说，由于计算机技术薄弱，用户少，单独买一个服务器很不划算，因此这应该是双方都受益的事情。
再说VOIP服务器，voip服务器是回拨服务器的上级，回拨服务器的落地都是从VOIP服务器对接来的，VOIP服务器除了可以对接之外，还可以对接终端，就是话吧，软件网络电话，其实很多人都用过SKYPE，也有的人用过UUCALL等，前一段时间一度流行的可以显任意号码的网络电话，只不过是一个采用透传落地而已，其实透传落地的价格一分钟才6分多，卖个1毛钱一分钟很多人买。
如果是隐藏号码的每分钟才5分多。VOIP服务器盗版比较多的是LINUX平台下的AVS，WINSDOWS下有VOIPSWITCH，简称VPS，这两种软件网上都可以免费下载的到，一个VOIP服务系统的占用空间也不高100多M，唯一占用的是带宽，现在的voip压缩技术，每个通话每秒才10多K的流量，就算100人同时通话每秒占用1M带宽。比较松一点的服务器可以轻松做到。
在传统行业，深加工可以提高产品的附加值，在原始产品竞争激烈的情况下，对产品的开发深加工可以获得比较好的收益。其实在互联网行业也可以进行深加工。比如以前有新网报道，卖硬盘的，价格都比较透明，竞争比较激烈，后来有个人在硬盘里拷满AV视频，结果硬盘就很好卖。这就是一个很好的IT行业深加工例子。引申开来，卖空间的，现在卖空间很难啊，尤其是经常上ADMIN5站长网，落伍论坛的MJJ们，对价格要求很敏感，百来块钱的空间还要搞月付。可想而知有多难卖。而有些人却另辟蹊径，明明是卖空间的，先买一个1块钱的CN米，用CMS采集点数据，等百度收录之后就卖站，域名空间一起卖，随便就卖个300-500的，有的收录好点的还要卖上千，这样就比简单的卖空间强多了。
再来说下卖服务器的IDC，由于硬件价格都比较透明，服务器的利润也比较薄，竞争很激烈。很早就有人把初级服务器换个机箱，装上开源的LINUX防火墙，自己定制下界面，使得界面更友好一些，就变成企业防火墙几十万的卖，我同学以前就是这样帮他们导师推销防火墙。除了卖防火墙之外，现在崛起的开源PBX软件又给IDC带来巨大的商机。传统的电话交换机都比较贵，随着VOIP的崛起，出现了许多开源VOIP 软件，比如被称为电话未来的asterisk，这个软件太强大了，可以做传统电话交换机的任何事情，同时出现了以asterisk为内核界面更友好的开源软件，比如FREEPBX,TRIBOX，国内也出现了开源的FREEIRIS软交换。开源软件的好处就是可以免费使用。3000块钱的服务器，加上2000块钱的asterisk板卡，换个机箱就成了专业的PBX交换机，市场价一般在几万以上。随着VOIP的发展，这样的PBX系统的市场会越来越大。
